Where do you ship?
Fashion Leader currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing does not occur on weekends or holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-06:00) CST will begin processing on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or periods of high shipping volume.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Are returns free?
Yes. Return shipping is free using the prepaid return label included with your order.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees or handling fees on approved returns.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of:
- The item received
- Original packaging
- Shipping label
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM (GMT-06:00) CST on the same day they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may only be possible before order processing begins.
